New shopping cart added to my Site !

I am currently working on redoing the whole website with one of the greatest web designers for photographers ! In the process my first goal was to improve and enhance the shopping experience for my clients. This is still in the initial stages but here is the link:

http://shop.regetisphotography.com/index.php

Here are some highlights

1) You can just hit the link to the slideshow while viewing the proofs and it brings up a nice flash slideshow – this is my favourite feature. I just love slideshows with music.
2) Payment feature now works like a charm ! There is no going to paypal anymore.
3) Pictures for the albums can be ordered seperately.
4) There are intelligent discount coupons implemented.

….

There is so much more !

Thats all for now.

Brittney plays Recorder

Today Brittney played Recorder at her school. Guess I never really paid attention to her practice that she did in her room. She was pretty good ! I am so proud of her. She did something that I always wanted to do as a kid. I used to practice my flute a lot … but was never able to play it on a stage or perform in front of an audience. Now my family is the most unfortunate audience putting up with my flute (it is my 2004 christmas present).

Anyways … I was stuck in traffic and almost missed her show ! She was so excited to see me !

Here is another one …

For family and friends who are checking out my blog regularly – if you want to see all the pictures that I took then click here.

and finally here is one last picture (Brijesh is hiding somewhere…)

G W T C S

Less than a week ago I was approached by the board director of the Greater Washington Telugu Cultural Association (GWTCS) to cover their upcoming event. It was explained that it is a non-profit organization but yet they felt it would be great to have a professional photographer cover the event, little did they know I myself am a Telugu and belong to that Culture ! Here are few highlights from the event.
