I must say that I had so much fun working with Sara and addressing each and every one of her needs. She was the bride you never had to worry about because she was on top of it all. Sara and Kevin’s e-session was probably as well our longest to date, but mostly cause all of us never wanted to leave, it will certainly be an Easter to remember for us and a Cherry Blossom season that will last forever in our hearts.

I know that it has taken us forever to get this post up for them and of all the Brides, we should not make Sara wait. Sara, I must hand it to you that you have been so patient in only sending one email about your blog post and for that big hugs and kisses go out to you! I know… let’s not turn the post into Easter day I am onto the images!

One last note Kramer’s we love you! To David over at the Four Seasons, even though you know it already YOU ROCK!

Ann got ready at the wonderful Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner where Mr. Carl Ray was on the make-up and let me just say that you ALWAYS know when Carl has worked his magic… flawless isn’t even close to what happens to our brides when Carl Ray takes place, let’s just say not only does he make our job easier, but we love him as well!

When Ann and her Mother came to meet with us we almost knew instantly that Ann was a perfect match for Regeti’s! Only taking 25 events per year for us it is so important that our clients truly get what we are all about and Ann and Mom were on it. Can’t thank Cristin enough for the wonderful referral, we are indebted to you!

Finally we met Ken when it was time for engagement photos and the two of them perfectly suit one another as do Srinu and I. Ann and I are like out there and hold nothing back while Ken and Srinu are so quiet and tame (Yeah, that would be a good word!) compared to the two of us!

The two of them could not have asked for a more wonderful day than what the good Lord shed on them resulting in some of our favorite images to date! Lots of love to both families, the Zigo’s will always be special to us, we were truly blessed to be chosen to be part of their celebration!

Melanie and Adam were our jump start for the month at The Fairmont Hotel in Washington DC. Mark, over at The Fairmont Hotel is just as fabulous as can be, I have to say he is a man after many hearts especially those who work along side of him! Mark is on the ball not missing a beat, much love goes out to him along with Laura Auer of Wish Special Events for keeping everyone squared away on such a warm and beautiful day!

Where should we start when it comes to Adam and Melanie… as glad as we are for them to finally tie the knot, we are equally sad that the wedding day flew right on by, we will certainly miss Melanie as a Bride, there was no detail that she missed or left behind. The groom Adam, for those of you who just simply need a little joy and laughter in your life, he is your man. Adam can bring a smile to anyone and within seconds make the new kid feel at ease. Totally explains how they met on campus in Georgetown, who could avoid falling in love with such an awesome tour guide!

We hope that the two of you stay close and keep in touch, we look forward to keeping up with and following the adventures of Melanie and Adam as they grow their own family tree

Their day consisted of lots of little details like the fabulous Carl Ray on the make-up, yeah he is a little detail that no bride should forget to put at the top of their list! Don’t have a make-up artist yet, considered it checked and get him on the phone! Flowers by the lovely Distinctive Floral Designs elegantly executed I must say. And last but not least Blue Sky Films on the video, one of our favorites as they are the most unobtrusive videographers out there in the metropolitan area. For Melanie’s wedding they used a film called “Super 8″ and we cannot wait to see how it turned out. Has me thinking Charlie Chaplin movie, how cool is that! Last but not least Chris Laich for the music, got to keep them dancing! Oh, oh, oh one more Posh Booth, we love Neil and the gang over there, the booths make for a lot of fun and memories! Lots of love to everyone… and a big thanks to a girlfriend who reminded me not to forget the shoutouts and the love to all the professionals we work with. We were getting a little lazy and slacking, but they are very important since having the best team makes such a big difference during every brides wedding day!

One thing that I felt was so special on Nikki’s wedding day was that she got ready in her bedroom at her parents place and let me tell you, PURPLE is Nikki’s color! It was just awesome for us as it was the first time we have photographed the bride getting ready in her very own bedroom and it was priceless and heartfelt!

Anyone who know Nikki and Will or have had the opportunity to meet them can’t help but be inebriated by their love for each other. The way that they glance and look at each other just conveys that they have been in love for what could be defined as forever. And now finally they are husband and wife!

On a side note: They had one of the most awesome priests that we have ever met, so it is a sure sign that their life is going to be filled with much love laughter and lots of happily ever afters. You have to appreciate a priest that appreciates and wants to play with your gear! And not to forget some honorable mention that Nikki’s mother made her dress and Bridesmaids gowns! Impressive I must say!

Charles and Diana have a love story to be told but I won’t spoil it here, they truly are a match made in heaven and we wish them both all the best in their future together. Diana we hope that you love it here in the states as I am sure that Charles is going to make it such an awesome experience for you … did you two seriously go bungie-jumping on your honeymoon??? That was an intense welcome if so! I can’t wait to hear about it!

Lindsay and Sean met us in Middleburg for a morning on the town, since we have never been in Old Town Middleburg before it was even a treat for us. We were able to spend time with not only Lindsay and Sean, but their pretty little pooch too and adorable is she not? Seriously!

We are extremely excited for Lindsay and Sean not just because they are our clients, but Lindsay just happens to be Associate Ben and Jess’ sister! August will be here before we know it!
